Sean Mosher-Smith has over 16 years of experience as Vice President/Creative Director at Virgin/Capitol Records, The Sloan Group, an entertainment industry marketing and design agency and RCA Records. Sean Mosher- Smith has produced and managed award-winning global imaging, design + branding and creative campaigns for such recording artists as Christina Aguilera, Lenny Kravitz, Courtney Love, Iggy Pop and Joss Stone, Dave Matthews Band, ZZ Top and KT Tunstall (to name a few) and has successfully launched brands and directed advertising and global branding campaigns for clients as varied as Remy Martin, Obermeyer, Iceland Spring, Nickelodeon, Sirius Satellite Radio, Regent Hotels, Burberrys, Moschino and Victoria’s Secret.

Derek Bronston has over 14 years experience in web, mobile and social media development and has served as a Technical Project manager, Senior Developer and or Software Engineer on projects for companies ranging from Pfizer to EMI records. Derek was acting CTO and lead developer for the now successful internet language company Yabla INC from inception to market. Prior to becoming theConspiracy’s Tech Partner he ran his own company, Cadoa Arts & Science, was an initial team member for LinkedIn and acted as Technical Project Manager for O Interactive. Derek continues to excel in software design and development and also teaches advanced iOS development in NYC.
- Managing Partner / Senior Director of Digital Strategy
Dennis Martin has over 16 years experience successfully leading international and domestic projects from concept to completion with companies such as VH1 and Sony Computer Entertainment Japan. As the project lead he works with clients to conceptualize and define their digital/ marketing strategies in the mobile, social media and web arenas, providing a bridge between client strategy, and the creative/development teams. Projects include the VH1 game show “The World Series of Pop Culture”, award winning Japanese TV drama “Rasen”, and top-selling video game titles for Sony Playstation, iOS application development, music, animation and commercials.
