Sean has over 16 years of experience as creative directior at Virgin/Capitol Records, The Sloan Group, an entertainment industry marketing and design agency and RCA Records, this adds up to an outstanding platform for design, creative and directorial excellence.

Derek Bronston has over 11 years experience in web and software development. He has served as either Technical Project manager or lead developer on numerous projects. Derek was acting CTO and lead developer for the now successful internet language company Yabla INC from inception to market. Derek excels in web software and user interface design and is proficient in web/mobile application development as well as a range of information technologies including: Flash, PHP, MySQL, APACHE, UNIX/LINUX, Objective -C/iPhone and AJAX/jQuery/Prototype. Derek develops Content Management Systems, multi-platform widgets and works extensively developing social networking tools and applications.

Dennis Martin has over 16 years experience producing and developing projects for a wide range of global music, web and interactive media projects. Weaving in and out of genres he has lead teams in projects that include social networking, mobile platform development, production, TV/film, animation, commercials and video games. He has produced for the VH1 series "The World Series Of Pop Culture", the award winning TV drama "RASEN" and top-selling video game titles for Sony Computer Entertainment/ Playstation. Dennis is currently working with major music labels and brands to define their strategies in the iPhone and Social Media arenas, providing a bridge between client strategy and the development team.
